Yay! Your booking has been confirmed subject to payment of your 50% deposit. Currently we can only hold your dates for a limited time of 48 hours. Should your plans have changed, we please ask you to be so courteous as to let us know that we may release your dates for other guests to enjoy.
Please note the remainder of your deposit and a 10% damage deposit (returned 5 days post check out if all in order) is required 30 days prior to check in.
When making your final accommodation payment please include: 10% damage deposit, R500 cleaning fee and your pet fee, should you be bringing your dog. We allow for 2 medium sized pets, no larger than a Labrador, pets by pre-arrangement only and at a R250 per pet per stay fee.

Kindly be aware that the property has security cameras on premises. These cameras are located outside the property and by the pool deck areas. As by law, there are no cameras in bedrooms or bathrooms. By your payment you acknowledge that you and your guests are aware of this and that you agree not to tamper or obscure these during your stay.
